Coming from an elite sports background fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I have been through a lot in my life too. I have seen rock bottom, more than once. But one thing that was always there for me was fitness and the gym. Playing semi pro rugby all over the world has taught me invaluable lessons on mental toughness, resiliency, and mental and physical fitness.

I have spent the last 12 years fully immersed into training, strength and conditioning, and coaching. I have done countless certifications, workshops, and seminars while deep diving into personal growth and continued education to further my knowledge both through knowledge and practical and real life learning.

This is not only my profession and passion, it’s my life.

For me it’s not just about the physical training. The mental aspect is just as important. I have brought the lessons I’ve learned through fitness and pushing my own limits to help my athletes break through mental and physical barriers to achieve their own greatness and unleash their potential as an athlete and a human.

Charity and Fundraising

Through my work within the community focused on mental health and addiction as well as troubled youth it sparked my love for volunteering and making an impact on the youth. Through my fitness endeavours and the amazing community we’ve cultivated through OMT we have raised over $35,000 for youth initiatives in Simcoe County Ontario, and Buffalo, New York.
