My name is Jordan Ford and I am a hybrid athlete. It started as a discipline; one more shot, one more rep, one more lap. It turned into a mantra; one more day, one more hour, one more time. Now, it's a lifestyle.

I started working with Jordan at the end of 2022. I came to him with a big goal - I wanted to run a full marathon. Being a beginner runner, I was nervous about the process and scared that this dream of mine may never come true. I had big weight loss goals and was nervous about the long road ahead. To say Jordan changed my life is an understatement. He lit a fire under me and made me believe in myself. I completed my marathon and I owe it all to him and his training.

I sustained a significant injury to my ankle in 2022 and I’m still on the mend. I succumbed to the fact that I may never run again after 1.5 years of physiotherapy, personal training, and yoga. Jordan has given me hope that if I put the work in and follow the rehabilitation strength and conditioning from his program that I will be able to run, jump, and hopefully play baseball again. I didn’t know I lost hope until Jordan gave me hope again. He’s prompt and provides challenging yet doable workouts. He provides feedback with form and is invested in the success of his trainees. I’m excited to see what future holds again.
